“There are no typical days in sales,” she says. “One minute I might be discussing shipping dates with Operations, and the next I’m meeting with a customer about a project we’re working on together.”

“I am most proud of being a founding member of our Business Development Team. In 2017, the Director of Design Engineering and I worked together to create a team made up of representatives from different departments within the organization.”

That team spirit continues to define how Leila approaches her work today. Collaboration between departments drives innovation and helps Weber Knapp grow.

“Our team works diligently to improve existing products, imagine and design new products, research new markets, and bring our products to life with working demos for trade show exhibitions,” she says.
